About Us

The Library Media Services program, in collaboration with classroom teachers, administrators, and the community, is dedicated to preparing students to be effective users of ideas and information and to become literate, life-long learners. The library media program impacts student achievement by promoting academic and recreational reading, by developing research processes and skills that integrate current technologies, and by providing library media coordinators with the knowledge and tools necessary to support strong instructional programs.
